ARASH OFFICE COMMERCIAL BUILDING

This 12-story building is located in the semi-north region of Tehran. The building is 46 m (151 ft) high and is characterized by its unitized Hueck aluminum curtain wall system (produced and glazed at façade factory and then transported to the site) and parabolic-shaped glass fins used for point-fixed glazing on the tall ground floor.

High thermally insulating aluminum façade design as a Unit construction. The units, pre-fabricated and fully glazed in the workshop are installed horizontally and vertically next to each other on site. The gaskets between the units are closing the gaps air- and watertight.

Scope of WorkDesign and engineering, manufacturing, and installation of approximately 2,380 sq.m (25,618 sq.ft) of façade, including 1,045 sq.m (11,248 sq.ft) of unitized curtain wall, 200 sq.m (2,153 sq.ft) of point-fixed glazing installed on 6.4 m (21 ft) of glass fins, and 1,135 sq.m (12,217 sq.ft) of louver and aluminum composite façade.
