This 24-story residential structure is built on a ground space of around 1,700 sq.m (18,300 sq.ft) with a total usable space of more than 13,600 sq.m (146,390 sq.ft). It is located in the northern part (Niavaran, Golesang region) of Tehran.
Golesang is the remarkable location of Niavaran where the project owner decided to construct a luxury residential block. The building’s lobby features a height of more than 7m (23 ft), and its balconies offer fresh air and a pleasant atmosphere.
Always eager to take on challenges involving new and innovative architectural solutions, the owner recognized the enormous potential of this remarkable site, with its panoramic views, to host an extraordinary piece of domestic architecture. The architectural design of the building is characterized by the curved façade of the tower, which slightly spirals toward the sky.
