GOL GOHAROF SIRJANHEAD OFFICE

Having rich iron ore mines, Golgohar mineral area is one of the most known mineral-industrial hubs in Middle East with a huge capacity for becoming a large and competitive area in Iran and even the world. These mineral reserves are located in Kerman province.
The new head office buildings were located in Sirjan city included two cylindrical 6 story buildings that are linked to lower rectangular cubes in the lower floors. The external wall of these buildings is covered with a Face Cap system of Curtain Wall which the aluminum louver shell in 70 cm distance prevents the intense sun arrival inside the building, and in order to service and maintain these two shells service passages has been installed between these two. In non-transparent sections, the ceramic has been installed with cladding invisible installation fittings system. Appropriate use of these materials has gained a beautiful and modern effect of the buildings.

Due to the strong and sharp sun of the region and also the use of very clear surfaces of transparent glass in the project, it is necessary to use methods to prevent the strong sun from entering the building. Installing aluminum louvers at an appropriate distance from the curtain wall shell meets this requirement.
A special architectural design was used, with two cylindrical buildings that are in contact with rectangular cube buildings on the lower floors and connected to each other by a suspended corridor on the upper floors. The use of green spaces and fountains and ponds in the upper floors have added to the beauty of this building.

The use of spandrel glass and shadow box in front of the floor slabs, in addition to covering the curtain wall and grating connections, has made it possible to isolate the adjacent floors in terms of sound and heat, as well as prevent the spread of smoke and flame during a fire.

GOL GOHAR
CURTAIN WALL
Due to the high visibility of the curtain wall, this facade system has been widely used in the Gol Gohar project so that a wide range of beautiful surrounding landscapes can be seen from inside the building.
These systems minimize air and water infiltration by equalizing the substantial wind pressures on open terrain areas. When designed properly, they are beautiful and highly functional in keeping the undesirable elements out, and the temperate environment in.
