This office building is located on the northeast corner of Taleghani Street and Musavi Street, in Tehran. The cube-shaped building is 46 m (151 ft) high and characterized by its double-skin use of glass and aluminum parts (including perforated solid panels on the west elevation and horizontal louver on the south elevation).

- Scope of WorkDesign and engineering, manufacturing and installation of approximately 8,320 sq.m (89,555 sq.ft) of stick system façade, including 5,260 sq.m (56,618 sq.ft) of the Asaş aluminum system for curtain walls, and 3,060 sq.m (32,937 sq.ft) of solid aluminum and louver façade (as outer skin on the south and west elevations), and more than 33,000 kg (72,750 lbs.) of steel works for outer skin substructure components.
