NARENJ 8 RESIDENTIAL TOWER

The Narenj 8 project is one of the most luxurious projects of the 22nd district of Tehran, located in the west of Chitgar lake. This project is one of the towers of the Chitgar town development.
This residential tower is built with 39 floors and 404 residential units. It is designed in an oval shape like other towers in the area. The structure of this tower is designed using a metal frame with bolt and nut connections.
Narenj 8 Tower has a view of the National Botanical Garden and Chitgar Forest Park from the south, and the lake can be seen from the middle floors of the tower on the east side. Also, from the north side, it provides a view of the mountain and the Thousand-and-One-Nights amusement park. Providing a wide view from inside the units was a main goal of the architectural design of this building.
For this reason,In the design of the Narenj 8 Tower, all the units have been provided with balconies, and the windows have been spread vertically. The best choice for the transparent parts was the glass curtain wall system, while for the opaque surfaces, a ceramic invisible system was used. Additionally, the curtain wall and spandrel glass have been used beautifully in parts of the non-transparent surfaces as well.
