Sivan project is a multipurpose tower that is situated in a land of 7,000 square meters in one of the best zones of Mazandaran province, with both commercial and residential units. The first two commercial floors are separated from the 10 residential floors by a hanging garden. The commercial floors consist of three separate towers that have access to each other through the commercial section.
The façade of this project is architecturally designed in a way that well describes its dual commercial and residential use. In this regard, the use of modern and luxury materials in the façade, such as curtain wall, Aqua Panel cement board, metal punch and glass handrail, at first glance, introduces a unique and modern building in the viewer’s mind.
The first attractive feature of Sivan Towers is its wonderful location. Sivan Tower is located in an ideal location in the Noor area and on the beach of Izadshahr, so that the view of this tower is on one side of the sea coast and on the other side of the eternal view of the Chilk forest.
Proximity to the sea, while adding to the attractiveness of the project, also presents challenges. Due to the harsh weather conditions, high humidity and the presence of salt, the materials used are highly exposed to corrosion. This requires extra care in the selection of consumable materials, design of connections, and the use of strong anti-corrosion coatings, which has always been one of the challenges of this project.
