In fact, the design of this updated villa is the “Kooshk House” design. The central core of the building connects the ground floor and In the design of Villa No. 42, a central core is used around which all the events take place.
Basically, the basic principles of the architecture of this villa are based on the design concept of the “Santa Emilia house” designed by Annibal Bizozoto.the semi-public and public space to the private space and bedrooms.
Another idea used in the design of Villa No. 42 is to pay attention to the function of the bridge. The use of corridors with the function of a bridge, the height of which is higher than its two sides, has made the audience feel more leisure and experience in the space. the experience of being in the green space inside the house was the most important goal we were looking for in the design.
Due to gaining more experience, the modeling and rendering of the design of the interior spaces progressed with great elegance and quality. In relation to the interior renderings, the approach went in a direction so that not only the architecture and geometry of the space could be drawn, but also the correct sense of experience and living in the space could be conveyed to the audience.
